Returns & Exchanges

At Pura Cashmere, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sustainable luxury purchase. If your garment isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unwashed, unworn cashmere items with original tags attached into the shipping mailer and include your packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
